Standing Order

Have you ever considered setting up a Standing Order to Hospice Care, giving just a few pounds each month towards the care and treatment of Hospice patients?

Just £10 a month could, for example, help us deliver twelve hours of inpatient nursing care.

There are some difference types of membership see below:

Life Membership – a one off payment of £250. With this membership you are entitled to vote at our annual general meeting and two newsletters a year. This membership allows access to complementary therapies at a competitive price with our volunteer therapists. Life Membership Form

Annual membership – this was increased two years ago for new members from a minimum payment of £10 a year.

From the 1st May 2010 we would like to ask all our members to increase their standing order to £15 per year per person if possible.

This type of membership entitles you to vote at the AGM and two newsletters. This membership allows access to complementary therapies at a competitive price with our volunteer therapists.

Family Supporter for 2010 – £20 per adult and £10 per child/student. We offer two newsletters and access to complementary therapies at a competitive price with our volunteer therapists. Family Supporter Form

Friend/Supporter – £5 for an individual/£7.50 per couple. We would actively encourage people to move to the Family Supporter scheme as you will help Hospice to guarantee a steady income for its future.

Regular Givers – individuals who donate a regular amount.

Supporting us on a ‘little and often’ basis is convenient for you and helpful for the Hospice as it enables us to plan ahead and budget for the future. Your continued support will enable us to deliver the specialist care that those referred to Hospice Care deserve.
