PROJECT COORDINATOR – 18 – 24 months

30 Hours per week (negotiable)

You will provide a high level of project co-ordination to the Compassionate Isle of Man programme, assisting and supporting the Lead in the development and delivery of individual projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an administrative post setting up and managing administration systems and processes.
You will have excellent communication skills both verbally and written with the ability to prioritise a competing and demanding workload.

A full clean driving licence is required for this role.

We have a rare opportunity for a keen and eager apprentice to gain valuable work experience working in our kitchen.

You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks and will learn valuable skills to assist in all areas of our kitchen and be proficient in delivering a high level of customer care.

You should have already completed NVQ Level 1 Professional Cookery, Food & Drink Service.

This fixed-term contract for the duration of the apprenticeship will require the successful candidate to complete NVQ level 2 Professional Cookery, Food & Drink Service at the Isle of Man College.

Extension of the employment contract and further study support may be considered dependent on individual performance and the business requirement at the time.

You should be able to offer a flexible approach to working times and days.

Hours will be 37.5 per week to include one day at the college.

You will work varying shifts over 4 days out of 7, including regular weekends.
