We are passionate about improving overall health and fitness and are committed to supporting everyone to achieve wellbeing and transform their quality of life. We believe that each person has the potential to feel empowered, fulfilled and in control of their own health. We have a variety of people on hand to give you the right support at the right time.
Helpout.im will be leading the Isle of Man’s Community Response to COVID-19. The goal of Helpout.im is to help members of the community who may be isolated or require assistance due to Coronavirus or the necessary measures in place to reduce its impact.

Providing family support is a very important and sensitive aspect of the work of Hospice, from one-to-one support for individuals to family group sessions.
Complementary therapies can support our physical and emotional health in every phase of life. The therapies we offer can support you in so many ways.
Spend you time on a creative activity, relaxing, listening to guest speakers, visiting places of interest or talking with others going through a similar experience.
Our drop in days are open to anybody who is affected by a life limiting condition that would like advice, information or counselling.
Our clinic provides holistic care and a programme of treatment is devised in partnership with the patient.
Our Psychological Support Team are skilled in assessing your personal issues and working with you, to meet your needs and assisting you in overcoming any emotional challenges you or your family may face.
Our rehabilitation team will work with you to set and work towards goals that maximise your potential at all stages of your illness. We will support you with approaches that allow you to take responsibility for your own health.
Our Young Person’s Support Service provides 1-2-1 psychological and bereavement support sessions to those under 21 years of age.
