Our Rehabilitation team have found some sites containing videos of exercises that you could do at home. These include some sitting, standing and lying down exercises which focus on developing muscle strength, increasing flexibility and improving balance. Please only attempt the exercises that you feel you can do safely and follow the instructions carefully.
