The Rebecca House Care Team includes registered children’s nurses, nursery nurses, learning disability nurses, play specialists, clinical support workers, physiotherapists, social worker, family counsellor, bereavement support, sibling support workers and volunteers.

Vicky is the manager of Rebecca House, and has worked at Rebecca House since 2007. Vicky is a registered children’s nurse, has a post graduate diploma in palliative care and a Masters in Professional Practice.
Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse; my role within in Rebecca House is a staff nurse, I aim to meet the needs of the children both clinically and socially on a day to day basis.
Jen has a diploma in nursery nursing and worked within the school environment before joining Rebecca House in 2013, Jen is currently working towards her level 3 NVQ in health and social care.
Lauren received her degree at Sheffield University gaining a dual qualification as a Learning Disabilities nurse and a registered social worker; Lauren began working in Rebecca House in 2015.
Kirree has a diploma in nursery nursing. She began working with children who had additional needs within education to provide care and respite for children and families through the Children’s Hospice.
Geraldine has a diploma in nursery nursing; she worked within the nursery setting and began providing care and respite for children and families through the Childrens Hospice at Home service.
Aly is a senior nurse and the deputy in Rebecca House, Aly has worked in Rebecca House since 2010, she is a registered children’s nurse and also teaches moving and handling within Hospice.
Wendy has worked as a health care assistant within Rebecca House since 2012; within Rebecca House Wendy helps to run the sibling group and has a certificate in bereavement support and is working towards her level 3 NVQ.
Kat is a Registered Children’s Nurse and has over 20 years of experience within paediatric nursing. Kat has worked as a children’s nurse in many areas including Australia, around the UK and the Isle of Man. She has worked in Rebecca House since 2018 and has vast knowledge and skills from working in various fields of nursing. Kat is also a qualified Life Coach.
