Hospice Half Marathon

Join us for a brand new event for 2025! THE HOSPICE HALF MARATHON!

On Sunday 23rd March, join us in the town of Ramsey and the north of the Island for a new half marathon event, plus Rebecca House adult and children street races.

Whether you’re starting running from scratch in the new year, planning to take on a challenge for your new year’s resolution, or looking to add another half marathon to your belt, this is the event for you!

All proceeds will go towards supporting our care here at Hospice Isle of Man.
