Thank you for considering fundraising and in doing so helping to ensure that our services will remain available, at no cost to our patients, their friends and carers when they need it most, in a setting of their choice.
It currently costs over £5 million each year to provide our services, so every donation, no matter how big or small, really does make a huge difference.
Here are some examples of how your generosity makes a difference to the lives of our patients, service users and those that matter to them.
£20 > A celebration meal for one of our patients
£50 > One Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist Visit
£75 > One Lymphoedema Treatment
£100 > Recruit and train a volunteer
£180 > A day shift in our In-patient Unit
£300 > One Rebecca House day shift
£450 > One Rebecca House night shift
We know lots of you are keen runners, cyclists and adventurers so we’d love to see you out and about supporting us.
We can support you in your fundraising for an event you have already entered, or offer you places we secure in some of the most sought after national events such as the London Marathon and the Great North Run.
Or why not take part in one of the many events that we organise throughout the year and see if you can raise some sponsorship in the process? You can download a sponsorship form for Hospice here and Rebecca House here.
If you need inspiration to bring your event to life, just call our fundraising team.
Tell us your plans and we will help you turn them into reality. We will be with you every step of the way, from sharing your event online, to supplying collection buckets, banners, leaflets and much more. Event ideas include quiz nights, bake sales, BBQs, auctions and much more. Call us on +44 (0)1624 647434 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Non uniform days to summer fêtes to bucket shakes, you can get your school friends and fellow club members together to fundraise for Hospice. The fundraising possibilities are endless, with lots of simple ways to have fun and raise funds so we can care for many families facing terminal illness.
Don’t forget we can come to you! We are always delighted to share our story and inspire you to continue supporting us.
