Barrie Johnson's new book Deep Harmony raises money for Hospice

What a lovely, thoughtful way to support our Hospice!

Deep Harmony is a captivating new illustrated book celebrating the 125 year story of the Warrington Male Voice Choir — one of the UK’s oldest and most distinguished male choirs. Written by Barrie Johnson with a foreword by Sir Terry Waite, it explores the choir’s musical achievements, its longstanding charitable work, and its remarkable role in peace building across Ireland following the 1993 Warrington bombings.

The choir’s connection with the Isle of Man is especially meaningful. Over the years it has raised significant funds of around £12,000 for St. Bridget’s Hospice.

Deep Harmony is available through the choir’s website and in all Hospice Isle of Man shops, where every £25 purchase directly supports our charity! The book will also be featured at a special signing event on 22nd May, 11am–1pm, at the Scholl Wellbeing Centre, Hospice.

A compelling read for anyone interested in choral music, local history, or humanitarian stories.
