Hospice praised in latest report from CQC
We are delighted to have received the latest report from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), within which we are praised for our ‘strong team working culture’ and treatment of our patients.
The CQC found our service to be effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
The report highlights the good practices here at Hospice, notably the compassion and kindness of our staff. They always respect the privacy and dignity of patients, provide emotional support when needed, and support patients in making decisions about their care.
Well done to our fantastic team - they make our Hospice what it is.
