Your Hospice, Your Way

What is Your Hospice, Your Way?

Your Hospice, Your Way aims to bring Hospice influenced care to the community, and create a flexible service that can be tailored to suit your needs. The Drop In is led and delivered by a team of professionals and is continually reviewed, evaluated and improved.

We want to deliver this service in a way that suits you best, either in person, group work or on a one to one basis. There is no need to attend every week.

Your Hospice, Your Way aims to encourage the wider community to talk about anxieties and worries surrounding death and dying, as well as help everyone to understand what hospice influenced care is all about.
