A practical course to develop your communication skills to help you deal with other people sensitively. This course is suitable for non-clinical employees in any sector, volunteers and clinical employees.

Identify how we communicate
Explain why good communication is important in those with a life limiting condition
Discuss what can cause barriers to good communication.
Discuss different ways to enhance communication skills

This course is for anyone working in health and social care, clinical or non-clinical roles, who would like to strengthen their existing communication skills or require a refresher prior to attending our course at intermediate level.
