Lottery winnings are paid out automatically to any bank account details we hold on record for standing order or direct debit entries.
Where no bank account details are held on record, we will default to issuing a cheque for winnings via the post.
Winnings via bank transfer can usually be expected within 3-5 business days following the draw date. Winnings via cheque can usually be expected to arrive within 5-7 business days following the draw date.
In the event that a prize is won by a Shop Ticket, the winner will need to contact us and supply the till receipt containing the winning number as evidence of the legitimacy of their claim. The prize cannot be claimed without supply of this till receipt evidence.
