A huge thank you to the Diana Princess of Wales Hospice Care at Home Trust!

We were delighted to welcome the Trust to Hospice for a cheque presentation, and to celebrate an incredible record-breaking fundraising year. The Trust aims to raise £100,000 each year that goes towards supporting our Hospice at home services and in 2025 they went above and beyond, smashing their target and donating an amazing £114,000 to us.

This phenomenal achievement was made possible thanks to the generosity of supporters and charitable foundations, and the tireless efforts of the Trust’s dedicated volunteer committee. Fundraising highlights included Afternoon Tea, Bingo and Quiz Nights, Wardens Walks, and the now famous (and much-loved!) Christmas Carols evening.

Every pound raised helps our nurses provide compassionate, specialist care to patients and families in their own homes, thank you for making such a meaningful difference. If you’d like to get involved or support future events, please visit their website.
