Castle View Nursing Home Visits Hospice to Thank Community Team

We had the pleasure of welcoming Castle View Nursing Home Nursing Home to Hospice the other week, as they came to say thank you to our incredible community team, both the CNS and Hospice at Home, for the support and collaborative working we’ve shared over the recent months.

It was a wonderful morning filled with tea, laughter, and meaningful conversation. Spending time together outside of our usual roles gave us all a chance to reflect on the compassion and care that unite our teams.

We’re so grateful for the kind gesture from Castleview and for the opportunity to continue building strong, supportive relationships with those who care so deeply for our community. Here’s to more moments like this that remind us why we do what we do.
