Children's Hospice Week 2025 - Jessica Cleator

For Children's Hospice Week 2025, we’re celebrating the young people who make Rebecca House such a special place, like Jessica Cleator, 17.

Born a twin and living with cerebral palsy, Jess has been part of the Rebecca House family since spring 2024. She first met our team when we supported her at home getting ready for school, now, she visits us for regular respite sessions full of laughter, games (she always wins at UNO!), pamper time, and plenty of movie talk.

For Jess, Rebecca House is more than a place, it’s a feeling.

“It’s where I can be myself,” she says. “I feel relaxed, I can talk about anything, and I know I’m understood.”
