Utmost, thank you for your support throughout 2025!

As 2025 draws to a close, we want to say a huge thank you to the team at Utmost International Isle of Man for an amazing year of support throughout 2025, from hands-on volunteering to fundraising with passion and creativity!

It all started in May, when Team Aspire selected Hospice as their charity for the Utmost Talent Initiative. With just £500 and 24 hours, they raised a staggering £5,635 through a whirlwind day of raffles, TT merchandise sales, and coffee van bookings, all while raising awareness across Douglas and beyond.

Since then, Utmost International has continued to support us in countless ways, as one of their four chosen charities of the year:

• Booking our Care for a Drink van at events like their car boot sale and Christmas markets
• Naming Hospice their Charity of the Quarter (Q4) and running a fantastic raffle with over 100 prizes, championed by Sophie Cowin and raising over £6,000
• Spending a full day with 20 team members volunteering in our garden in July
• Decorating Hospice and Rebecca House for Christmas, bringing sparkle and joy to everyone
• Hosting a bereavement in the workplace talk by our own Vanessa Smith, opening conversations and supporting staff wellbeing

Taking part in the BIG Corporate Challenge in July And behind so much of this activity was the tireless coordination of Sophie Barraclough, who rallied the troops and helped make it all happen.
